Port Gamble, WA Then & Now
New York House: Originally the company Guest house, it long served as hospital, office, and home for the town’s resident physician. The origin of the house’s name is lost, but historic documents reveal that in 1860 and in 1878 the resident physician was from New York. In present day, it's a bookstore called No. 7 Books that sells used, rare & new books in Port Gamble.
